About the event
Each session starts with a series of QiGong exercises called
Eight Pieces of Silk (Ba Duan Jin). The combination of movements
balance and strengthen the circulation Blood, Lymph and Chi,
as well as Cerebral-Spinal and Interstitial fluids. It tones muscles
and strengthens tendons and ligaments. They smooth, straighten
and repair your fascia until it’s resembling a fine piece of silk – and
you are flowing with good health and vitality. And it calms the mind.
As if this isn’t enough, we will then start a series of guided self-healing
Meditations.
At the end of the series, you will leave with a set of tools which,
when practiced diligently, will improve all facets of your life.
This series will be repeated in the fall and continue weekly.
