INSTRUCTORS

Bob and Cyndy Cook, both Certified Acupressure Massage Therapists, have been teaching Tai Chi and QiGong for over 30 years. Elements of Health Tai Chi is based on a stylized Yang set taught by an international society.

 

They left the association after the death of their Master in 1998 and formed Elements of Health, based on the principles of the Three Chinese Healing Arts. 

PHILOSOPHY

At Elements of Health we believe that health occurs when the Body, Mind, and Soul are balanced and in harmony with each other.

 

Our classes gently stretch and open the Body while the Mind and Soul are quieted into a moving meditation.

 

It is easier for the Mind and Soul to be peaceful and contented if the Body is free of stress and tension.
